Less generic corporate garbage, and more focus on employee well-being.
Got a call and showed up, couldn't have been easier.
Most of my coworkers were pretty great. One not so much but nobody liked her even most regular customers. Everyone was alright at least.
Not getting robbed for a night and having few enough customers so there's time to do the million other things nobody on day shift wants to do.
Don't know about bureaucratic stuff but the manager at my store was trash. Didn't know what she was doing in the slightest even after having been there 6 months no clue how she even got hired. Nice person, terrible manager.
Paid minimum wage and strongly discouraged from OT. amount of work that needed to be done along with hazards taken (ie guns getting pointed at you) wasn't worth the pay by a long shot. Plus being scheduled 39 hours to avoid being actual full time and getting benefits.
