In the last 2 years, this company has really taken a turn, & that's not a good thing. Why are we becoming a Wells Fargo? There is more and more piled on consumer & yet, we need to take what's walking in the door as well. At some point we have to decide if we focus on clients or our incentives.
Started out good. 2020 hit and things went south from there. In the last two years it has been so bad, that I am contemplating changing careers. No one listens. These surveys seem redundant as NOTHING ever changes.
Helping others, be it customers or co-workers.
Work together for a common goal.
Thjey are reachable, approachable, invested
Working together, helping each other.
We really are a team.
We all care for each other and our clients
being able to help customers meet their financial needs.
Not just helping my customers prosper, but also my teammates.
Too much is on our shoulders and not enough compensation to support the workload or stress.
If you are all about Inclusion and Diversity, FMB does a good job of recognizing each culture and ethnicity.
Increase pay, better Insurance, where you have copays for doctor visits, prescriptions, etc. Looking for better work life balance.
Back to Basics. Back to customer service. STOP investing in programs that DO NOT WORK. Spend some money and get programs that work WITH us, not us ADAPTING to the program.
Medical Insurance is outrageous and only works for you if there is a major life event. Everything else goes directly to your deductible that is never met, due to how large it is.
There is no customer service now. It's all about the bottom dollar. The individuals that actually do the job are never asked what needs changed. Things get changed and it isn't always for the better. This bank needs to go back to the basics.
Attainable goals. At this point, it really looks like corporate cares nothing about us. They are only looking out for themselves. Our goals are so ridiculous unattainable. We have no compensation or recognition when it comes to the day-to-day overload of work we need to complete.
For the am. Due to the hiring issues, more work is piled on those that are remaining, with no comp. Doing more work with same pay. Also, the high deduct. ins is outrageous. The only time I will be able to meet it is I need surgery or accident. Would love a copy for dr visits, etc.
Knowing that there are others that are getting paid as much, if not more than me, & I have been doing this job for 3 times as long as they have. It's not that they don't deserve the pay, it's that this bank does not take into consideration longevity & the benefits of a happy long-term employee.
The fact that they do not show one iota of intelligence when it comes to the frontline dynamics. They are so removed from the day to day life in the banking center they have no clue what we have to deal with on a daily basis. They keep putting more on us and no INCREASE OF PAY!!!
