I can't stand this company anymore. I was once proud of this company now I'm ashamed to work at a place where I don't feel safe, cared for, or trusted. Thank you to my First Merchant managers who somehow make my life worse than it already is.
They work good together as a team.
The ones getting to know you personally.
Talking to people whether customers of coworkers.
How progressive we are, I love our Pride ERG.
Friendly and cheery attitude, they get to know each other.
Getting to chat with customers or working in my office.
GET YOUR LEADERSHIP PEOPLE TO TAKE A HR COURSE, ATTEND A PRESENATION, SOMETHING!!!
Because of the recession and prices going higher I think pay at $20.00 an hour would be preferred.
Again, I feel undervalued due to my treatment as someone living with mental health disabilities. I feel targeted and like there purposely trying to get me out of the company/workplace. It's disgusting behavior especially from the Manager and assistant manager no less. MAKE THEM TAKE A HR COURSE!!!!
Stop being friendly and acting like you care one day and treating us like the crap the next. Do not be 2 sided. Let your words follow your actions and vice versa. Don't tattle on people or create outright lies so that you're not the one in the managers line of sight.
I am treated like a number or a robot every single day of work. I'm told to improve but then constantly given contradictory instructions. I'm treated like I'm less than nothing and that nothing matters more than this stupid job. I want to be treated like I'm a human and I matter.
The management here at my branch need to take a HR course on how to treat people with mental health disabilities and disabilities in general. It's disgusting how I get treated for things out of my control. Even though I was upfront when I hired on and have medical proof nothing ever changes.
$20.00 a hour do the economy and the xtra tasks were always assigned when someone isn't trained but the task still needs done. I also believe that sick days should start fresh every year at the end of the year instead of a year to date. Lastly mental health days and therapy should be part of benefit
