I love FMB and truly see myselfbeing here for the rest of my career. There are so many growth opputnunities, positive people that want to see you succeed, the company is very caring and open to change and always finding ways to make employees happy which is not somthing you can find just anywhere.

a manager that cares about the branch culture instead of just sweeping everyhing under the rug and only talking about sales.

Their efforts to evolve with the times as well as how open FMB is to receiving feedback and implementing it.

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

Having a great team is crutial to employee happiness. I have seen a complete 180 in my mood and perception of work after being with a team who cares about their quality of work, cares about me and the team, and goes above and beyond to help me and eachother.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

Yes I absoluetly feel undervalued as an expirienced employee that is bilingual/ have taken on many tasks with no pay increase and making the minimim possible here at first merchnats. I have tried to apply for a handful of other positions that ive been denied regardless of my excellent annual reviews

O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?

Nothing anymore sadly. I used to be SUCH an advocate for FMB to anybody andd everybody including the dozens of new employees I have mentored and my close coworkers have told me how they have seen my attitude and perception change about FMB. Managers NEED to value their employees beyond us selling.

Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?

I love first merchants and evrything they stand for as well as their efforts that promote diversity, eqity and incluion. I would never leave soley because of compensation because so many other things that are hard to find, I have found here. Pay is quite low espeially with the growth we'vet taken on

Quais são algumas das melhores coisas da sua equipe?

Very supportive and always willing to help. When I was on the consumer team, I never felt supported, appreciated or like my team was happy to help but upon switching departments I am very happy with how amazing my team is, how willing they are to awnser questions and how hard they work for the team
