First merchants has been good to me.

I do love working here. I was just recently moved from my old team to another team I feel because I gave my old boss a bad review. I feel like thats what happened anyway...other than that happening i love this company and i love what i do. I will be here 20 years next year. I wish for a bit more $

I love First Merchants. I have been here a great while and have met some of my best friends here. I am happy with the benefits that are offered. I do feel like room for advancement is minimal with what I do.

I have been with fmb for 20 years and i absolutely love it. the co workers that have became friends for life....you cant put a price on that. I love my manager, she is amazing. Im happy!

I feel like we need to make a bit more money. The big corporations have unlimited vacations, I feel like we should try that also

i feel like i give this company 100% everyday and a .20 cent raise a year is not helping with the cost of living these days. I just feel like I should make more money

i have worked with First Merchants for 19 years and I really do feel like I should make more money. I have been a very dedicated employee, given my all, great team player and much, much more.

I have been with first merchants for 18 years and i feel like longevity means nothing. Also, christmas timne we get nothing, not even a merry christmas and thanksgiving we have to buy our own thanksgiving lunch..LOL!

all of the larger companies are going to unlimited vacation hours, we should do that and the company just gave all employees a raise if you werent in "this pay scale"....I was in "this pay scale" so now all employees are making as much as me and I have been with the company for 18 years.......
