I have a rewarding job that when done well makes you feel good about yourself. Coworkers are very knowledgeable and willing to share with others who can then improve themselves. I do not like the recent uptick in the sense of entitlement I get from all levels of coworkers.

The annual merit increases do not reflect the individual employees. Feels like managers are given a set amount to disburse to employees; therefore, limiting how much is given to each.

The people I work with directly are invested in helping me become better at my job. I value people who want to make me a better FMB employee. I appreciate the knowledge my coworkers are willing to bestow to me.

It seems any profits go to the upper echelon. Hourly people have to fight to get more than a 1.5 - 2%. Why should we be happy to receive a 3% increase after we've had to fight for it? Why should we have to accept there is only so big of a bucket that has to be spread out.
