Valuing employees through respectable compensation. There never seems to be enough money to pay individuals lower on the totem pole, but there always seems to be enough for Executive team members and their favorites.

The money you save on not giving current employees raises or alternative incentives will cost triple the amount to acquire, train and implement their replacements.
