Everyone is willing to extend a helping hand and our executive leadership is always present. I have seen executive leadership from this company more than my 13 years of executives at 3 different companies in the first 4 months. That is REMARKABLE.

The only issue I have with my compensation is the bonus structure. There are some metrics we are measured on like, CPM, that we can't even explain. I don't think we should lose out on compensation when something is too complicated to even figure out.

They have a unique way of bringing out the best in their team members and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
