Unfortunately I am extremally sad to see that GE from the past passed away and I did not recognize this new GE. People has not love anymore for company branding and are leaving for small companies due to several reason already explained before. I will always be proud of be worked here, but I am not

Being recognized according to the chair I occupy and not with more work and lots of praise. Knowing that my scope and deliverables are worth more and that they cannot close the gap in C&B because the practice is to better recognize those who come from external market, is really very frustrating.

Each people doing only one job and not 3 or 4 jobs causing high workload, bad recognition and high and bad exposure with our families. If arrange this, people will have a better quality of work balance life and we will not see people being aggressive with each other due to stress or burnouts.
