Having the freedom to do my work at my own rhythm and not having someone chasing me around. That makes my day very peaceful and makes me want to work every day.

It was a very fast and effective process. It was very complete about points to cover, and they always kept in touch with me. Also, they respond very fast. It was very good in general.

They are great! We have very good communication and everyone is always open to help you with anything you need. I think that is very important, cause sometimes you would spend more time with them than anybody else.
Qual é a melhor parte das suas compensações?
The best part is that I can work from home and that saves me a lot in transportation and time to commute, so in the end it feels like I'm getting more compared to previous jobs where I had to travel like 4 hours a day and pay transportation.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I think it's that the work is not hard to do, and you always get help when needed, so it's not stressful cause you don't have to struggle to find solutions on your own. And even if you happen to make a mistake, they would help you to avoid it from happening again, instead of getting mad at you.
