Malouf does not have a formal salary structure and clearly defined ranges for roles. Also there is no opportunity for bonus potential to augment the lower salary structure compared to other companies.

As previously noted, strategic direction, clear goals for everyone, fair compensation and opportunity for bonus. Back office systems that support the business not hinder and cause extra work or add people to overcome that lack of systems.

The spirit of team work, the issue is teams are at times going in different directions due to lack of strategic vision and overall company goals to map against. Not the teams faults, they are doing what they think is best with their view of Malouf.
