I can't think of a place I would rather work at. The people I work with are like family, and I'm amazed everyday at all of the ways employees are made to feel important and comfortable here.

Overall I really enjoy my job and am happy to work at Malouf. Sam is an incredible CEO and hasn't changed even with the company growth and success, he still cares about individual employees. There are growing pains but overall I feel like I'm contributing to a great company that cares.

Everybody wants everyone to be successful. My team members are all willing to give advice and help when possible, and the success of the team is the top focus.

I enjoy the relationships that I have here and doing a meaningful job. I feel that my ideas matter and that people want me to succeed, not just the company.

They are very personable, I feel like I want to do a better job when I interact with them. They want the company and its people to be successful and I appreciate that.

I think they work hard for the benefit of the company, and are pretty selfless in the way they keep money in the company. They definitely care about individual employees and take the time to get to know everyone which feels rare.

I feel like the pay has steadily gone up for me the last 2 and a half years which is what has kept me here. I appreciate the 401k match as well as the way the company is working to include profit sharing in the future.
