we all work well together and give each other space to work our own accts but also support when help is needed

Knowing I will be busy and no day is exactly the same as the previous day. I also like interacting with my coworkers.

not much postive culture wise, different departments point fingers at each other when there are disconnects instead of working as a team to improve processes

Most people at Misumi are friendly and have can do atittudes which I love and management in my department is awesome and very communicative with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We have alot of work to do daily and different task always arising with deadlines but my raise last year was less than 50 cents an hour.

The job can be stressful and demanding as well as includes many different tasks and I think there would be room for improvement when it comes to pay.

After being here over 2 years and seeing how busy the job is I do think I am underpaid for the amount of work we have in a day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like the events we have, and I like that we have a gym to keep us fit and healthy, and we got covid tests. We get bonuses and are cared for.

They interact with their staff and are understanding and flexible. They stop to ask how you are doing and are truly interested. I love Misumi's leadership , its like no other I have ever experienced.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is willing to help, they are welcoming when someone new comes in and we all understand the importance of our job and do our best. There is no room for slacking on our floor.

I love my management at Misumi because they support us and are aware of how hard we work, they acknowledge us and our efforts and are also positive and pleasant to be around. Bes management I have probably ever had.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling accomplished when I am able to get alot done. I like that not every day is the same at Misumi. Some days certain tasks are priority over others and I like the different things we need to do in our roles.
