So first I'm the first batch pioneering in our EIG Web Design Dept. Then after how many months I got transition helping with the ACW migration Team I work there for how many months. Then after that I got transition with Web Design team just a couple months working. Then now I got in PPFF Team

I think its very unfair for me as a PPFF team the other team get a higher bonus unlike us I got fixed bonuses

The work environment here in our company are very friendly there's a lot of activities just like tennis table, gym, gaming room and karaoke in the 11th floor I believe this would help to relieve stress
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
I think we need to have a hybrid set up where in the employee can have a chance to spend time with their love once at home and less hassle to commute going to work especially traffic is getting worst each day

I think they need to boost the employees morale and this is not joke a lot of us are resigning. They need to encourage work harder so that company will not get loss in this journey. I hope the leadership understand also that were having not enough employee to be specific Web Designer in our Dept EIG
