The in-store teams are great people from all walks of life. however area coaches and above are nearly nonexistent in our day-to-day.

It's sad to say but the area coaches in the Chicago land stores simply do not care about the RGM's or the other staff. My current Area coach in the northwest suburbs neglects his rgm while underpaying what few employees we do have. currently, stores are regularly operated by 3 people on a good night

Been working as a driver for 4 years. Although not trained at this point I am qualified to manage a store on my own. This begs the question as to why I am getting paid a dollar above minimum. And tips cant be the answer cause most customers see us as cheap food and don't tip
