
The good employees are great. Unfortunately the work culture doesn't allow for many good employees to be even hired. Even then, the good employees all have the same complaints. Its just a matter of someone finally taking steps to report them
if managers listened? Where do I begin? This location is awful and full of deceitful and manipulative people, BY DESIGN. I am highly upset and I will make sure something is done about this. Along with unwanted sexual advances. I am male. Other males here take issue with the same thing.
They need to listen to their best employees instead of shutting out whistle-blowers. When 2 or 3 employees do all the work while the others are wasting time speaking to the GM and managers for hours a day, its wrong. Then when one good manager tries to solve it, they're shut down. Why?
