
Understanding the human element and its value to running a business successfully and learning one size does not fit all markets. There should be some amount of continuity inbetween each managment team as i am at a franchise thats biggest decisions are doing what we did before and then switching back
set realistic goals and pick a single direction to move forward. Recognize that a good employee isnt replacable by the next willing candidate. Siding with managment isnt the best policy. If you dont depend on your employees none will depend on you and an undedicated worker is the bane of function.
Im treated like a child my 6 years of employment carries no weight and im left to prove myself over and over struggling for hours until the latest gm has been satasfied with my work only to be replaced less than a year later and the cycle repeats. This company specializes in treading water.
My coworkers are childish, 2 digit I.Q.z lazy, busybodies more interested in gossip than work and complaints more than solutions. The low level of output is frightening compared to form team members, I suppose you get what you pay for but i also think of the saying that a fish rots from its head.
