TaskUs: TaskUs is a bit different on other companies, especially on the previous two organizations that I had worked for. We do have a challenging yet fun environment here.
TaskUs: Every person in the leadership team drives the same goal of leading from the front and help the frontline first.
ArcBest: This company has one of the best cultures I have ever experienced. The training is excellent and the opportunities for career advancement are almost endless.
TaskUs: Overall, my experience in the company is good. I hope to stay longer in TaskUs, and also hoping for more incentives or raise in compensation to motivate all employees not only to stay, but to feel more motivated to do our job so we can provide excellent service to our clients.
TaskUs: Time is not respected. Calls at 8am and 10pm. Unsustainable. This is pretty much my only issue with Taskus. We say things like "meeting free Friday" then proceed to book an abundance of meetings on Friday. Saying it, doesn't make it so, you actually have to do it.
TaskUs: It's been crazy since day 1! Three years later not a lot has changed. However, I love that we are faced with new challenges every day and work to solve them. I'm also excited about our growth and the subsequent opportunities it will bring to all of us.
Foundever: Experience can be better. A lot of things to be fixed as some processes are backwards.
Foundever: The best learning experience one could ask for. I have been lucky to have a manager / mentor that was willing to guide me through my personal growth and turn me into the professional that i am today

Foundever: Sitel is a great company to work for because it is global and powerful, so unlikely to encounter any scenarios where work may not be possible. As an agent I was incredibly happy and would 100% recommend it, Manager and up gets tricky, but employment is pretty much guaranteed.

Foundever: I have joined Sitel very recently. The hiring process, onboarding has been online. So, far my work has been remote as well. I miss the feeling of being in a new environment of a company.
Foundever: I've been with the company in many different roles over almost two decades, so a brief summary is impossible. However, the last ten years has been pretty fantastic. I have learned a ton of new skills and I've had the opportunity to grow so much thanks to a handful of amazing managers.

Foundever: After 18 years the experience has highs and lows - there has been recent turnover/change with leadership as well as an overall structural change with our NA footprint - answers 7-8 months ago would be dramatically different. With recent change, so far so good, but we're just getting started.

IBM: I've been supported through multiple job changes to work in a role best suited to my skills and interests. A lot of that depends on managerial support, but a lot of companies don't empower their managers to provide that level of support, so I have to credit IBM for the positive environment.
Foundever: HR has no process. This spans the globe. TO MUCH RED TAPE FOR EVERYTHING. IT doesnt get involved until atleast 5 emails go out and sometimes even then you have to go to a Director or above to get movement. Not a fan that there are no pay increases for my employees.

Foundever: Would not change it, love working for SITEL and what we get to do and the people/clients we get to work with.
Foundever: Everyone is open to sharing information and learning from others.
Foundever: We need to do better as a company figuring out one version of the truth. There are different rules and expectations for different parts of the business. no one is on the same page.

XPO: Very difficult to work at this organization. I accrue 30 days of PTO but can't take it due to the work load and what I will be coming back too, especially during the pandemic. This pace is unrealistic. Not sustainable.

Yanfeng Automotive Interiors: Yanfeng is a joke!!!!! Communist China through and through!! Forced 12 hours a day 5 days a week!!!! This company does not care about it's workers, only profits. This has been relayed to other workers/myself from office personnel. If you value your life/lifestyle, do not work for Yanfeng!!!!!!!!!!

XPO: I like the commission structure and the ability to grow my own book of business. The amount of work I put into my book of business and hunting is the amount I receive back when I am able to follow through with a sale. I would like to review my work more often to see my progression and advancement.
TaskUs: 4 weeks In and its been ridicolously good. Have been warmly Welcomed, Been a Great Onboarding exp n have felt that we living our culture of Being Front Line First. Also the Sites are just Drop Dead Gorgeous.
Camping World: Pretty good overall, but I haven’t been here long enough to truly get a feel for how the business runs on the lower level
