Verizon: The customer support side is very toxic. The metrics are hard if not impossible to meet. Every day you go in and have to go through security as if you work for the CIA. Leadership needs to change.
IBM: IBM is always in transformation and our positions are always at risk. I would change something at IBM, I would like to stop to think my position will not exists anymore because a new transformation is coming. It is part of the career in IBM, people is worried all tha time, there is no peace

Cracker Barrel: Felt taken advantage of as a maintenance employee, extra work was left specifically because others just didn't want to do it, example, there was an ice cream scoop laying on floor beside an Open shelf, I moved it in walkway,6 people stepped over it, including manager before it was picked up
Foundever: Been around for 18 years, just loving the dynamics.
Foundever: Me and my family's health are secured with the benefits as well as there is an assurance with our financial stability, though personal savings is still needed for my children's education and future.

Foundever: It's difficult to separate the effects of the pandemic from the actual culture. For sure very demotivating to not have clear information about the future (continue to work at home or move back to the office with colleagues).

Foundever: I joined Sitel for a summer job, and I stayed for 16 years. I am part of the Sitel family but in recent years the quality and conditions have deteriorated. I feel useless in my work and I do not see any axis of progression or prospect of evolution within Sitel. Wait and see.
XPO: I worked for 3 years innovating and challenging business process on XPO with autonomy and trust from leadership. Then I had a maternity leave and during come back they proposed me a new opportunity. I like working for XPO as global international company, with multi countries environment

TaskUs: Happy with the facilities provide onsite. The office is great and colorful. Site head is a people centric leader. Support functions are good and responsive. WFM deptt had issues earlier but the new POC is better. HR is very supportive. Happy with the team but leadership has to change their attitude.
ClubCorp: Have been a tree contractor for the company for 10plusyears! Find the team of superintendents to be knowledgeable and helpful, Upper mgmt is exciting and great support staff.
Foundever: Demanding, but I enjoy it due to it's fast paced exciting outlook.

Foundever: Sitel has been good to me since I started and I have progressed as an individual; however, going local (for me) is a mistake in EMEA and has led to silos and politics and moved us away from "One Sitel" which is now a daily challenge impacting my quality at work.

DICK'S Sporting Goods: The assistant manager is buddies with some employees and lets them do whatever they want. The few employees she doesn't like get treated like dirt. She talks about them to other employees. She will say things in front of customers. I've seen her make a teenage employee cry.
Foundever: Best company I have worked for, I've been given a challange but also the support to be able to ask for help where needed.

Meantime my feeling: it's opportunistic & insider relationship from top (MD) to bottom (Site, HRM, LM). Short term no problem, mid-/long-termed I have some doubts reg sustainability.
Foundever: Fast pace and stressful but fun and exciting
Foundever: Sitel gave me the opportunities to grow professionally and personally. It is in environment where I met mentors and leaders. But probably the best lesson I got was that by being curious and engaged, when I give, I also receive: opportunities come to the ones who have earned them.

Amazon: Amazon's work culture is 3 words long. Bite, chew, spit. They will use carrot and stick strategies to entice you to work you hardest using the promise of stock compensation in the later years in order to use you as much as possible. There is no work life balance here.
