Overall, my experience in the company is good. I hope to stay longer in TaskUs, and also hoping for more incentives or raise in compensation to motivate all employees not only to stay, but to feel more motivated to do our job so we can provide excellent service to our clients.

We really work us a team and some of us have been working together since we started in the company few years back.
Qual é a coisa mais positiva da cultura e do ambiente da sua empresa?
I would say all the 8 cultures of the company, because that is the main reason why I applied here in TaskUs. It stays true to its culture, there is no discrimination and I hope the culture that we have will not change, or if it will change, may it be for the better.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
It make me happy being able to help others whenever they have questions, like when they are new hires in our campaign and they need help. Also, the raffle activities although at the present, we have not yet done that again and we look forward for some fun activities to at least relieve some stress.
Por que você se sente desvalorizado e o que faria você se sentir melhor compensado?
To be honest, our compensation is something we always raise during FGDs with HR. And we know that many of our teammates have resigned for that reason. We feel that if there will be a raise in our salary, many of us will still stay in the company and we will be more motivated to do our job.
