HR has no process. This spans the globe. TO MUCH RED TAPE FOR EVERYTHING. IT doesnt get involved until atleast 5 emails go out and sometimes even then you have to go to a Director or above to get movement. Not a fan that there are no pay increases for my employees.

I have turned down 3 positions that would of given me 50% salary increase along with 35% yearly bonus and an additional 10 days of PTO. FOR a US employee, our pay and benefits are FAR behind what the market is willing to pay for my skill. I stay because of my boss. . That is it.
