Its been a pleasure. As you grow it can be difficult to maintain a solid culture and still be adaptable. Top to bottom this has been maintained. We lose far more "bad" employees than good. The good ones leave for good reasons too.

I truly love SPS and the opportunities here. I am willing to be patient in my career due to the security and growth potential. We are a bit blind to what a person brings with them externally if they worked elsewhere. Especially leadership experience. We tend to promote individual contributors
