our employee resource groups! They provide spaces for people to socialize and give back to the community. Working with ERG members means working across teams, departments, and business units.

my direct manager and director are both incredibly supportive in developing me in my current role and towards my future career development, even if it means leaving the team and/or company

my wage - I feel I am paid fairly for the work i accomplish. commuter benefits are fine, insurance coverage is acceptable, pto plan is manageable, but the parking and food benefits keep going up.

we are a social bunch. When we all come into the office for a team/department/company event, we spend most of the day being social. We also do a great job of staying connected online everyday.

My team is so awesome. Always inclusive, always invested in me as a person. We really live the SPS Values, including a slack channel specifically for acknowledging the great work our teammates accomplish. We always want to raise each other up.

After 3 years, I feel like I am paid fairly for the work I do. Most of that came from my most recent performance review, merit increase, and promotion. The ESPP accrued value so quickly, I was able to pay off all of my debt.

All of my interactions with the executive leadership not aligned with my business unit are positive. I get the vibe that they want to do good work and are invested in improving inclusion and equity at SPS. I wish my business unit's leadership team was similarly invested in equity & inclusion growth.

we are such a fun team with a strong focus on our values: succeed together, obsessed with customers, thirst for growth, know more to be more, employees come first, results matter, and all the rest too! We take time to care about each other as people first and we all love the work we do and it shows.
