Merit increases are always 3%. No sick days. You do not get paid more for going above and beyond for the company.

SPS does not move at the speed of business. Most of our customers are annoyed by this and frustrated that SPS refuses to improve.

Profit sharing outside of stock purchase, year-end bonus, merit-bonuses, recognition for hard work. We have zero sick days and must use vacation days for COVID or mental health.

Pay is well below standard. I was haggled with on salary when I was hired. Pay raises are minimal. Pay raises only happen annually, and I was skipped over.

My initial salary offer was low and disrespectful. Raises are small compared to inflation. They tend to inflate employees' job titles instead of proper compensation. People here often quit and come back after SPS offers significant raises.

Context as a new hire: When I was hired, my offer was $5000 less than what my current pay was. I feel like losing the $5000/year was more of a demotivator than anything. I won't miss that $5k biweekly but feel a little nickel and dimed when I am giving 110% to SPS.
