I just wish I felt like this company cared about more than just the Sales reps. I'm not an AE and those non-sales teams are very high school ish - so I constantly feel judged.

Brevemente descreva a sua experiência na companhia.

It's improving now that I no longer work in Customer Success, but it still feels like because I'm not a Sales Rep I don't matter. It's hard to know if I can advance in my role and there is so much that is not spoken about that I just have to 'accept'

Feeling like I matter and that I'm recognized for the work I do.

There is a small but close group of people that seems to actually care about each other and are willing to help one another

Accomplishing goals, people showing gratitude for the work that I am doing, and being paid in accordance to the work that is expected of me.

It seems like SPS does not care about their support employees - the average raise was 2%, teams are understaffed, employees feel ignored, it just seems like unless you are an Account Executive you don't matter.

For what is asked of me I feel like I could be better paid. They always say that they are paying 'market' but we are constantly losing people to better paying jobs that are 100% remote.

I wish that employees in roles that are not sales felt like they mattered. So many people play roles in helping sales close deals, retain customers, troubleshoot, support, and they barely get a thank you at this company.

They don't seem to care about the pandemic and getting large amounts of people into groups. They say that it's okay to be remote but they using very passive-aggressive language to make people feel bad if they don't attend these large events.

I'm asked constantly to do work beyond my job description and then when I get 'exceeds expectations' and get a 2% raise and find out it's the same as people on my team that got 'meets expectations' it just seems like people don't value the employee, they value the dollar.

SPS is a white privilage click - it feels like high school and the majority of the employees seem to struggle with accepting people who are not like them. Even when I first interviewed I was told by my recruiter 'I may not fit in because I don't drink.'

I think SPS is extremely high-school esque. It seems like people only stick with the people that they know and don't show a willingness to open up to others and talk to someone they don't know. Makes someone feel like they can only talk to their own team.
