Overall I've enjoyed working at SPS. The last year has been challenging based on various circumstances. Even with the challenges, I'm thankful for the job and team I have.

Overall, I know I can't complain because I have a job and decent benefits. But the work load is unmanageable and we're held to standards we can't meet with new things being implemented on the regular. I enjoy my coworkers but for being told we are the best in the industry doesn't line up.

SPS is a fine company to work for. I try to remind myself of the good benefits and decent flexibility that make the stress of the job worth it to stay for the time being.

The leadership of SPS is communicative and transparent and make themselves approachable. They put in the work to keep our company moving forward.

Our tools don't work. Our customers have a negative experience because there are constantly bugs that are maybe being looked at or things are bandaided together.

The number one value of "Employees Come First" is not just said but also acted on. SPS cares for us as employees which makes us committed to what we do.

I feel that I have an unmanageable work load and haven't been heard when voicing this frustration. There are high expectations of my work output that don't match the compensation I receive.

Our product doesn't work. Customers are being sold something we can't deliver. I walk in every day feeling defeated before the day begins. Our product doesn't work and we don't have technical resources or support to make anything better.

Pay does not feel in line with the industry standard. It's unclear how to get a promotion or even a decent merit increase on a year to year basis. The amount of stress and workload I have in my role does not line up with how much/little I'm paid.

The current projects I'm working on don't feel like they're going anywhere. We don't have the support or resources to be successful. Our pilot program doesn't seem to be a priority and we don't feel set up for success. We need more resources or a willingness to take a new approach.
