Overall, I've had a terrific experience working for SPS Commerce. I have been lucky to have been here for 9 years and worked with 3 wonderful managers during that time. Majority of employees are hard working and want to do well. Their social justice priorities keep me engaged and connected.

Amazing company without a lot of growth and potential. The company has treated me very well in the 10 years I have worked here. I have never feared for my stability or run out of things to do. They are very rewarding of hard work which I appreciate.

My manager does a great job of building people up and supporting people in their careers. They are also great at not micro managing and give a lot of automony when its been earned.

It is great working for a growing company where there is constant eye on how we can improve. I like being part of the strategy on how we best execute for our customers and continue to evolve into the next cycle of growht.
O que você mais gosta nos lideres?
I think that direct managers and Executive team at SPS Commerce are fabulous. We have great clear direction and goals, SPS really cares about me as an employee. The middle levels of management (director levels) aren't as impactful or business driving in my opinion.
