SPS is great and I am glad I made the choice to come here a couple of years ago. I would have no qualms about recommending it to others who are interested.

Overally very positive. SPS is not perfect but I feel great about the company I work for.

Overall SPS is one of the best places I have worked. Some of the stuff is splitting hairs but some of these small items turn into major issues down the road. Its hard to please everyone but I know SPS has gotten some feedback on compensation and remote work and has been slow to act.

Higher compensation. If I were to leave SPS, I would be willing to bet I could pretty easily get a 20% raise.

We all work well together and really do everything we can as a team to do what we can for the customer and SPS.

They continue to lead us in the right direction and allow the company as a whole to grow. I believe in their vision for SPS.

SPS at times can be really hit the nail on the head with the employee experience and culture. Other times it is very inconsistent and tone deaf.

Less of a true corporate feel and more of this is what we need to do to succeed feel. Our company feels like a startup in that regard even though we are far from it.

SPS does a good job, where they can, treating their employees right from a culture standpoint. They try to be flexible and not rigid, which is a big help from both an employee standpoint and from somone who manages employees.

SPS has a reputation (at least a perception) for underpaying their employees. It would be nice if the pay for title was more in line with market. I know of several people who have left recently and got $30k raises for the same title at another company.
