SPS has been pivotal in my building my career, I cannot thank them enough. There have been times and managers who have helped me to grow quickly and where I have felt stuck (regardless of effort / results etc). This describes some of the growing pains with a young workforce inside a growth company

SPS is a great company to launch a corporate career. In some areas, the company has grown too fast and are still catching up. Overall, the company has been inviting and is growing with the market. I would highly recommend working for the company.

more regular reviews, better communication with comparable companies compensation. I would like the company to value internal candidates and compensate internal candidates better vs external.

They listen and take into affect the larger team's suggestions when it makes sense. They also pivot and change if certain processes or situations need to be enhanced.

Better 401k match, more variable compensation, spot bonuses to reward hard work / busy seasons etc (when deserved) There are times I feel taken advantage of / not seen

Work hard, play hard. There is a lot of comradery, happy hours, company events. It is also very easy to work across departments and with different teams. SPS still has a small company feel

Working internally with our team. Helping our product team build out, test and deploy new products. Working to build new processes to tackle our work and help our customers. Change, there is never a dull day.
