i've been here for a long time. I feel over worked and under paid.
I loved SPS , It provided me a with a professional start to my career. I've found that over the last few years, I see more things I don't agree with, including favoritism within management. I see people come in at higher salaries then the people training them that work the same job. Disappointed.
Compensation is not fair to tenured employees
They seem very personable and likable
My team is very fun to be with
positivity positivity positivity positivity positivity
We have a good team
I like the youthful energy
the people are great here
I am upset with compensation
Compensation is low compared to other companies, and has not increased appropriately with inflation.
they pay people with no experience more than the people who have been here and have earned it
Compensation has not increased with inflation, and newer employees are given higher salaries to bring them in the door.
As I stated earlier, our compensation structure is poor compared to others in our industry, and even new hires getting brought on.
people coming into my position that I am training are making way more than me. The company has not respected it's longer tenured employees
They pay new employees more than tenured employees who have been working towards the goal of hitting 1 Billion for years. It's frustrating, and makes me want to leave to seek other opportunities
Been dedicated to the company for almost a decade, but the Salaries have not appreciated with inflation. More is spent on new hires, who we have to teach their job too, but they are getting paid more then the tenured folks.
Well, with inflation, I am making about as much as I did when I started here over 8 years ago, even after being promoted 4 times. I believe longer tenured employees should be getting paid more than the ones that are "Brought on"
