For a tech company, I have been surprised at how many processes seem to be carried forward from several years ago including the number of meetings that are held weekly.

They are supportive and help each other succeed.

The supportiveness within and between teams.

My direct team and the collaborative, supportive environment.

The seem to be accessible.

There seems to be a good amount of transperancy.

They seem to be accessible.

The willingness to help with any question or issue.

The willingness to help each other, regardless of department.

Working with my client contacts.

The team I've worked with is very supportive and willing to assist.

My direct team is very supportive and always willing to help or answer questions.

Pay and benefit package are lower than comparable companies. There was no compensation moving from being hired at 1 day/month in office to going 2x/week.

My direct team is super supportive and always willing to help or provide guidance. The isn't a sense of one-up-man-ship or stepping on each other to get ahead.

It doesn't help when employees express disappointment with # of days required in the office are told directly they are welcome to look elsewhere. That doesn't seem a very "employees come first" response from executive leadership.

The pay gap from top to bottom is LARGE. They tout the consecutive quarters of growth, but pay for experienced staff is lower than starting wage at comparable companies. Benefits are also terrible (i.e. 5 days paid maternity leave).

Compensation is VERY low. They talk about quarters of growth and out performing expectations yet there is no bonus or increased comp for the worker bees. The pay disparity is also very high. Now even WFH perks are being taken away.

As a large tech company, benefits should be more affordable, better parental leave from day 1 - 6wks absolute min, should be closer to 3mo paid, all bank holidays (i.e. JUNETEENTH) off, base raises on $$ amount vs % (latter lead to wage gaps of top & bottom)
