My immediate team is great. The company itself feels very corporate and cold. With so many quarters of growth they should show their appreciation to the employees that got them there by having more competitive benefits/perks. Be on the forefront of these changes - not the tail end.

Very corporate towards the workers. Lots of growth for the company and it's not distributed to the people doing the work. Vacation & sick time should be separate. Maternity leave is terrible. Annual raises should be competitive to retain employees - 3% a year won't cut it in this economy.

Terrible maternity leave. Please give people who have kids a humane amount of paid time to spend with them. 10 days is insulting.

Provide competitive PAID parental leave for 5 months. 10 days is barbaric. 12 weeks is the bare minimum. Be on the forefront of caring for your employees, don't just follow trends.

Our manager is an advocate for us in terms of what type of work we should be executing as well as making sure we feel supported in our attempts at work-life balance to the best of their abilities.

I have would appreciate the opportunity to work 4 days vs 5. It's difficult to manage all of my work and life at home and I don't think it NEEDS to be difficult. I think that type of stress can be mitigated with intentional policies from the executive team.
