What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

There are almost no guidances or progresses for my team and no one really knows the right way to do the job. We often also have to come up with the processes which is way over our pay grade and should not happen. This makes the work very stressful and often everyone does their job in a different way

My coworkers were fine. But there was no room for teamwork when it's each person on their own with a customer from start to end of shift.

Yes they are just like high school

People need to work in a compliant manner. They need to stop being jealous of persons who do well.

It's not my job to suggest changes - TM are paid to do that.

we work virtually so we dont really interact and when we do the higher ups get mad

Training and support. Less metrics, more humanization.

They should be less obedient when changes made by managers are based on poor reasoning, no logic and irrational emotions.

Communication could be better along with maybe a program offering helpful insight for the newer employees provided by(and paid for) an employee with company history and more experience.

The coworkers could help one another to grow as a company. Not just to get paid and wait to clock out and not show motive
