I enjoy the constant gatherings which promote employee engagement. I would definitely incorporate a bit more culturally diverse gatherings to include all members of the GEO community so all can feel included, after all, we are a melting pot!

The leadership team I have allows us to grow rapidly with the team and provides us incentives to continue our efforts. Leadership listens to our concerns, although not much results occur as there are other parties involved. However, they do what they can given limitations.

With the increased popularity we are seeing with remote work, being we have limited PTO/sickdays as opposed to many other organizations working from home would be a HUGE factor. Much of our job duties can be easily preformed virtually therefore there wouldn't be too much of a learning curve

With gas prices increasing and the availability of work from home positions available - it would be very beneficial for our organization to go remote or adopt maybe even a hybrid schedule. Productivity would increase and moral would as well - less PTO days & even sick days would be taken as well.
