
Organization, teamwork, clear focus on duties and performing those duties at all times.
They work as a unit and are able to cover for others if needed.
Having an incentive for people out of the area in order to get to work would greatly improve moral of the entire facility.
The most positive thing is that the IDR's are passive at most times in the small facility however they do get riled up and the lack of staff sometimes affects the overall work.
I feel that I am underpaid due to having to travel almost an hour to get to the job site and not having any compensation for it. I do believe that a higher wage or incentive for travel should be provided.
