The team is just that a team. Everyone works together and if something needs covered it will be covered without any complaints. We work together to do what is best for the client.

I struggle to find something positive because with almost every medicine I need I have to argue with the insurance to try and cover it. At this time, there are two medications that I need that if the company that makes them would not help with payment I would be having severe difficulties.
