This assignment is particularly hard emotionally. The most rewarding experience is the frequent ability to help those people calling in get the assistance they so desperately need.
My leadership team IS a team. In my years I have been part of or worked for a management team. The management teams here at TTEC work as a 'well oiled machine' to help each team member be successful.
I'd have to say we are a team of people. No one ever brings up even a hint of different cultures, or colors, or accents. Age is not a barrier either, I'm easily the oldest b 15yrs.. no one even hints at age, young or old.
The entire team seems to like each other and works well together. No one seems to be trying to stand on anyone else's shoulders or trample them trying to stand out for the boss. Each team member has the good of the KP member in mind with each encounter.
Most of the wage issues are reflected in the current national economy. Minimum wage is now very close to my current wage. The undervalued feeling makes me wonder why I have lots of education and experience by the difference between my wage and the 'entry level' worker is now very thin.
