overall I have learned alot and I hate being so negative- I am thankful for a job and love what I do but not who i worked with on most days-upper management has favorites and they are not afraid to show it

sometimes the employees and being able to do my job freely and not be micromanaged to the point of exhaustion.

the employees are burnt out....people are not happy-we are miserable going into work we are under paid and over worked....management does not fight for things like they should

I am now under a new manager but my old manager was the worst....she was literally a micro manager to the point of making me so nervous to even look at my teams or email-she was awful and so unprofessional and somehow still has a job! also alot of people have made up positions here

ttec is so behind the economic curve-they will literally waste money on things that employees do not care about but refuse to pay for good work-also benefits are a joke-they do not benefit us as employees-also PTO is also something that needs to be addressed as we should not be in fear of asking for
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
management has no clue and even when made aware they cover for bad managers and make us feel like the problem...TA management needs a full revamp and needs people to be honest-most people are not honest in these surveys for fear of retribution... you ask for the truth but are not ready to address it
