I've invested a lot into this place. I've worked long hours, experimented with different approaches to my work, and seen it at it's lowest. In turn, it has invested itself in me. I've been promoted and asked for feedback on projects beyond my station because people see I'm vested here. I love it.

Everyday I get to come here and learn something. Product knowledge, industry trends, and new ways to optimize my workflow are just a few things that come to mind.

I find the incentives incredibly fair and the benefits to be more than adequate for my needs. I can only speak as someone who stays in network for everything so take that as you will.

Enthusiasm, encouragement, and trust come to mind. I trust what my coworkers say to me to be genuine. Whether it be criticism or praise. The people who live the company values are, in my eyes at least, the ones who succeed here.

I've got friends in every part of the organization! It's a really unique position to be in. Most places I've worked don't encourage it, but here I've been more than welcome to reach out and introduce myself to anyone I've wanted to.

I have a routine I can rely on with my workflow, but also a level of spontaneity that keeps things interesting. I love that I get to tackle new challenges everyday, even if it's just helping another teammate with one of their own.

To put it simply, it feels like they actually have a plan. I've been here for a bit and during the last administration I constantly found myself asking "why are we doing this?" The 180 we've done since then is not only relieving, it's exciting.

ELT is focused on getting me the resources I need to be successful in my role. Not only in terms of tooling, but discounting, deal flexibility, product improvements, etc.. I see where they are investing their efforts and I am in full support of it.

We collaborate and critique one another with the best intentions. It is always productive feedback, and I've always been a firm believer of "we win when we work together." I love my team and the support they provide me and I can provide them in turn.

I've been promoted from within and started at a lower than market salary. While I've been given raises and promotions, the base that I started at has put me at a lower base than that of my peers. It's not terrible, but it could be improved.

I have not only been enabled to own my workflow, I've been encouraged to do so. There are basics we all must master, but to be given the chance to be creative in my approach is incredible. No one fits into a one size fits all method, and I see that felt here.
