
I have a lot of autonomy
Everyone works hard, not always smart but they do chip in and help.
We have a well balanced leadership team. They aren't solely focused on market results and treat employees like they value them.
The interview process is awful, they don't seem to understand that not everyone is an engineer. The onboarding process makes up for it.
My team should be a bright spot in the company but our leadership is ineffective at best. They need to place a higher priority on leaders leading people over projects.
Full comp package is excellent, bonus are good but the system to get them is an archaic favoritism model where directors and VPs battle it out to get individuals a good rating.
