Full comp package is excellent, bonus are good but the system to get them is an archaic favoritism model where directors and VPs battle it out to get individuals a good rating.

We have a sincere focus on work/life balance. Great paid leave and flex time along with a culture of giving back to the community.

The interview process is awful, they don't seem to understand that not everyone is an engineer. The onboarding process makes up for it.

The annual performance process is very partial as the boss will always need to find a low performer relative to others, regardless of their contribution and throw them under the bus!
