I don't know if its the co-workers or managers. The co-workers can only be as good as management.
The leadership team take responsibility to make sure you know your job or explain in great detail if you mess up.
We point fingers instead of working together to make something happen. There is a lot of pressure from management not to make any mistakes are you will be notified with the entire company on the email.
