My team does the utmost to support each other inside and outside of the work place.
They asked a lot of good questions, and didn't shy away or dodge any of my return questions.
It's competitive. I wasn't expecting out of college to walk into a job with a wonderful company that treats me like a person AND pays me competitive wages.
That I'm allowed and even encouraged to leave all my stress and anxiety about work AT work. That is also a very rare trait in a company. Or at least most places I have worked.
This is one of the few jobs I've had that the management seems to understand that the workers are people with lives and stress and anxiety. They treat us like real people and not worker drones.
The culture is very easy going and laid back. It surprised me the first time our CEO came up to me and asked me what I was working on, but that's just the kind of place it is. Everyone works hard, but we also have fun and know our bosses by their first names.
