APS Payroll Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm happy with my salary

Review from Customer Support Dept

Exempt staff have unlimited PTO.

Review from Operations Dept

work life balance and commission potential

Review from Sales Dept

I greatly appreciate the Unlimited PTO policy. It allows me to take time, when needed, to be with my family. I am provided the equipment I need (I work remote) and have support, if needed, for that equipment.

The employer covers the employee premium for health and vision insurance. The 401k vesting is great. Unlimited PTO is a plus.

Fully paid benefits and generous time off policy.

That there is company-paid healthcare.

PTO can be sold if not used.

Great benefits and commission potential

Low-cost health insurance is a plus.

Paid Time Off and flex holiday

Review from Engineering Dept

The pay is extremely generous.

Working from home and salary.

All the benefits in general.

It's average as compared to the local market.

I feel my compensation is very fair andAPS came in strong with a serious offer and that tells me that they really do value their employees.

The company provides Free Eye Care!

401k and Medical. Company pays more than their fair share.

Blue Cross Blue shield, pricey but worth it.! I love them and free vision from our company!

That it was easy and clear to set up.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Currently there is no bonus structure for many. While the base salary is generous, equity and bonus structures for all in management roles would align the company to many competitors.

I just think the family medical is a lot but it is also understandable.

As we evolved into a hybrid culture, pay needs to be looked at based on the market the employee works to remain competitive

Solid performers (good, very good, excellent) should at least get a pay raise that match the local cost of living rate increase.

I think a market survey should be completed to determine comparability with similar or the same job.

Better Benefits & incentive plans would increase morale.

The medical insurance is awful. HR's answer to RX deductible and high medication costs is to use GoodRx instead of the insurance we pay for.

Our PTO package and medical benefits packages have recently changed. Don't feel like we can take PTO when needed due to the way plans accrue and Medical is too expensive for average family. Comp is just okay.

Compensation and experience vs the market of the position is not what it should be.

Better benefits would be a game changer.

Benefits are deplorable. Deductible more than doubled in a single year, RX coverage is awful, and isn't worth the amount you pay in a pay period.

You can purchase insurance through the company, but can not afford the deductibles.

Better dental and vision benefits would be a plus.

Review from Sales Dept

not utilized to my strengths; need ancillary plans for our benefits

Review from Customer Support Dept

To be paid at a high rate/ get merit or cost of living raises without having to ask for it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Compensation is great, but I believe the insurance and 401k options could be better.

Review from Engineering Dept

Compensation is marginal for the low staffing level, and expected work.
