The most positive thing about the culture and environment is that we are growing. We do the right thing for our business and for each other. We love to serve others and definitely love to have fun.
I have the ability to work from home. However the company does a lot to bring us all together. I do not feel like I'm missing the company culture just because I'm working from home. I feel included in all things just like I would be if I was in the office.
One of our core values if "Find the Fun" and we do, There is also a great work life balance.
