What makes you most happy at work?I love being given the space to have creativity and do so with a lot of autonomy and trust
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone understands that leadership is there to support you and grow you. Never once have I seen someone who felt like they were living in fear of making a mistake
What are some of the best things about your team?We push each other, daily. We challenge each other's ideas in a respectful way driving amazing creative abrasion, leading to some amazing outcomes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Currently there is no bonus structure for many. While the base salary is generous, equity and bonus structures for all in management roles would align the company to many competitors.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?YES, very much so, in my opinion .
