Hands down the company paid pension plan. This is unheard of today in the workplace. most companies only have a 401k. What another example how this company cares for there employees.
before they let people go. they need to evaluate the workload and not take the word of the directors. sometimes there are work items and volumes they are not aware of. Leadership needs to add pressure when a role is reduced
