My overall experience with BFS has been very satisfying. I don't feel the need to look elsewhere for work. I feel like this is where I will retire, and that's a good thing.

I laugh every day with my team and I'm friends with many of them outside of the office. Sure, there is drama, but for the most part, we all get along and work well together.
