I am needed at my job and I appreciate getting things accomplished.
They are SO loud. I really wish they would learn to manage the noise level so we can all work in a moderately quiet environment. The noises and repeated words that come out of my coworker closest to my desk are obnoxious and unnecessary.
The people around me are generally always busy working and they are happy to be busy. There are a few people in the office that seem to waste a lot of time and soak off the clock; these people are less satisfied with their jobs.
I love that the team is generally always positive and happy. I appreciate them being available when I ask them to carve out time for me. I also appreciate the avid training I received on safety items (even thought I won't be dealing with any of it), to make sure I am properly trained for situations.
