
VERY ACCOMIDATING WHEN EMPLOYEES HAVE PERSONAL ISSUES TO DEAL WITH.

Communication & respect. We work as a team & want to do what's best for not only the customer but the company. We all work hard to accomplish the same goal but also have fun when we can.
There's been a lot of changes in our region and we seem to be kept in the dark on what that holds for our future. Employees see things changing but management never communicates or gives us reassurance to know we are stable at the company.
The fact of new hires coming in at a much greater salary than a seasoned employee (5+ years) and even when it comes to yearly reviews the management doesn't make any adjustments for it. It's given as an across the board percent increase so I will never catch up to their pay.
